Touch your "tête"!

"So, what did you do at school today?" Simone asked her youngest.

"We touched your tête," he said. "Touch your tête, Naan-naan."

Simone dutifully touched her head.

"Now touch your coeur," the little guy ordered.

Simone touched her heart.

"Now your épaule and then your other épaule," he continued.

Simone, beginning to recognize the gestures smiled and followed his instructions.

"Now you put your hands together like this," he demonstrated by pressing his palms together in front of his chest. "And you sing with all your coeur!"

And together, they gave a rousing, if mangled, rendition of "Oh, Canada!"
