This morning, Simone woke up at 6 am and exercised for 45 minutes. Then she made breakfast for the family, taking 15 minutes to eat her own breakfast before serving everyone else.
She helped little B get dressed, get fed and get his teeth brushed before heading out to the school bus. Then she had time for a quick shower before helping hubby, who's still hobbling on one foot, into the shower for his clean-up time. This was followed by laundry and meal preparations.
When the food was ready, Simone headed out to the bank to deposit cheques, to the police station for a police check for a potential job and to the grocery store for a head of lettuce and a box of Excedrin for hubby who had a wild headache.
Once she walked back home, there was laundry to put away. In the middle of all the chores, Simone also managed to fix the hose behind the dryer, scrub the mould off the bathtub and Drano the sink of the upstairs washroom. These few minutes behind the computer feel almost restful... but there are more chores to be done. Notably, a bite of lunch. Simone is getting hungry and everyone's had lunch save for her!
