Simone's hubby needed to set up a special travel plan for his cell phone, what with having to work while away on vacation. However, since he was the one driving the vehicle to the airport, Simone put his phone on speaker and negotiated the automated system on his behalf.
"Please press 1 if you are calling from the device that concerns you," the voice droned on.
Simone dutifully pressed 1.
"Thank-you," the very polite automaton replied. "Please press 1 if you are reporting a lost or stolen device."
Um, say what?
