Dramatic Trip

The 13 year old was beside herself with excitement. She had been invited by her teachers on a high school trip to Ottawa with a group of older students. "I'm going to get to do seminars and help with a play!" And she'd be gone for nearly a week... Simone couldn't help but feel a pang of sorrow, mixed in, of course, with pride and joy at seeing her daughter so happy. When the girl came back, well... She wanted to move to Ottawa. Really? Really: they have a school dedicated to the arts there! Drama, music, performance arts of all types and art. "I could move in with my brother," the 13 year old bargained. "Wouldn't that be great?"
