The lovely thing about this time of year is...

The lovely thing about this time of year is also its downside: the day dawns early. So, at 5 am, I feel blessed to witness a beautiful red, pink and orange sunrise. At the same time, if I had my druthers, I would go back to sleep. Except that when the sun is up, my body says, "Hey! The sun is up! It's time to get up and have some fun." So I'm up. Wishing I wasn't up. Feeling blessed.
